Current Opportunities
Support Worker
Assist NDIS participants with daily living, community access, personal care, and skill building. Experience preferred but not essential — we'll train the right person.
House Cleaner
Provide domestic assistance to NDIS participants in their homes. Must be reliable, thorough, and respectful of participants' spaces and routines.
Gardener
Help NDIS participants maintain their outdoor spaces — lawn mowing, weeding, pruning, and general garden tidying. Own tools an advantage.
What We Look For
Essential Requirements
All applicants must meet the following requirements before commencing work with iSupportYou. We can help guide you through obtaining any checks you don't yet have.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Genuine passion for supporting people with disability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
